COSTA WANTS TO SWITCH TO FLAMENGO

After following the route of Fernando Torres from Spain to England and back to Spain one more, Diego Costa is now ready to ply his trade in his home continent and home country of Brazil.

The former Spain international after leaving Chelsea thanks to the horrible relationship he had with Antonio Conte, is like Torres, beginning to be like the dude who has a shirt at Atletico because of sentimental reasons. For o=being a onetimeclub hero.

Gabigol, a loanee from Inter has helped improve Flamengo this season. If a permanent deal refused to be stuck with the Inter Milan man, Diego Costa is being marked as a reliable back up plan.

Former Chelsea and Atletico Madrid forward Felipe Luiz is being used as a bait to bring Costa to Flamengo. Luiz and Costa played as teammates at both clubs and Flamengo are hoping on using their relationship to lure their plan B to Brazil.

Although not too known for being the sentimental kind, Costa will ship off to his homeland because he wants to and not because of anything Luiz will eventually tell him.

Both spent time at two clubs and Felipe is wise enough to remember Diego is as stubborn as they come.

Despite agreeing to always welcome troubled Chelsea players, from Torres to Costa and now Morata, Atletico has managed to find a way to get the best out of them before shipping them off.

Although Costa might believe injuries messed up his second chance at Madrid, the constant presence of Diego Simeone has ensured that the Rojiblancos, like wolves will always find a way to survive in the jungle

They are not having the best of seasons, losing to Barca recently and watching their Madrid rivals challenge the Catalans for the La Liga, but they will continue to survive
