When was the last time Florida won a national championship?
Alright, folks, buckle up as we zip back in our time machines to the glory days of 2008! That's right, my sun-soaked, orange juice sipping friends, the last time our beloved Sunshine State was crowned national champions was in the halcyon days of '08. This was when the University of Florida Gators, led by the unstoppable (and unblinkable, rumor has it) Tim Tebow, chomped their way to a National Championship in football. So, it's been a minute, but the memory is as fresh as a newly peeled orange. For now, we bask in the warmth of that victory, while eagerly waiting for the next!
